5 Embodied Qigong’s
‘for developing Tai Chi practice’
The 5 Embodied Qigong’s are taken from the Tai Chi Yang family long form. However, most of the postures used are also found in the Chen, Wu and Sun forms. While Qigong is usually associated with Traditional Chinese Medicine this set of sequences are intended primarily to integrate Qigong body posture and breathing with Tai Chi flowing movement. In this sense the 5 Embodied Qigong practice follows the linier movement associated with the Hsing I five elements system.
